Absolutely horrible customer service..I called to discuss what happened to my elderly mother when her items were delivered. .the man basically called my mother and liar. .I told him we will never do business there again and he told me to never step foot in there again and hung up on me. .so much for trying to help out local smaller businesses. .should have gone to Jordan furniture. .much better furniture, excellent customer service. Bye bye Plymouth furnitire. .
