I went in today, yes Valentines Day to pick up a 4 Pop Treats for my Grandbabies and I was told they could not (or should I say would not) make them up as they were too busy. I understand they had a lot of orders to fill, however the website says you can do same day orders (even on holidays). Initially one of the girls out front was willing to do it, but had to go out back and ask if it would be ok. The woman out back came out and said they could not do it. "too busy".... At the time I was the only person in the store. I then looked at the grab and go orders they had ready made up ... and ended up with a pail full of lovely fruit treats for my Grandbabies (however more than I planned) ... and at $45.00 which was more than I planned. I said well, I guess I have no choice and the woman's response was "no you don't". I did not appreciate her comment and I feel it was inappropriate. How long would it take to dip 4 heart shaped pineapple wedges in chocolate? I was very disappointed.
